Listened to the cc about the warning and heard:

1) PC business is under big commodity-type $ pressure and lack of buying

2) Low end servers under some pressure

3) High end server business is on track and in some cases (i.e. - Tandem) doing well

4) The revenue & profits miss is more about some over-zealousness/reaching of projections - Y/Y growth is very good just not a excellent as hoped.

5) Cash position is very strong

6) MC is still expecting/hoping good growth from W2K next year

As expected, most analysts have expected this 'warning' and had already taken CPQ down - bottom is probably 18-ish
