Sorry, but let's get real. The Washington Times has for me virtually NO credibility. However the article in the Washington Post is worth paying more attention to. 2015 is in any case a long way off. LOTS of things can happen in that timeframe and for many of us it's too far away for us to make financial decisions pertinent to us...perhaps to our kids. Jim Black
