there was a remand, right? The FLA SC could redeem itself and set things right by coming up with a standard for what votes count/what votes remain undervotes ... Even though I think Bush has been wronged in this process -- I think that'd be the way to go. To heck with the deadline -- if the FL SC does nothing now and Gore concedes it will be a bitter pill for half the country ...
