Apparently, unknowingly, Ambassador-elect Harris's attorney, Joseph Klock, argued in a manner favorable to the plaintiffs in the Seminole County absentee ballot irregularities. Klock argued before the U.S. court that a legal vote requires the voters to follow instructions. In the strict interpretation of Klock's argument, this means that the voter, and not the Repubublican activists, should have provided the Voter ID Number. Since the U.S. Supreme Court heard Klock's argument, and ruled in his favor, would it do so similarly were the Seminole County controversy reach the highest court in the land? Probably not.
