Look, just 'cause the U.S. court ruled the way it did should not limit debate and discussion on the issues before us. Should it?

It stated on the request form that the requester must provide their Voter ID Number. Even though no blank line existed on the form, the instructions were clear that the number should be provided. And, according, to Harris' attorney, Klock, a valid vote can only exist if the voter follows instructions.

By the way, it's my opinion and the opinion of many courts which have ruled on voter instructions, that Klock is wrong. I guess it just goes to show that any argument convenient was used in the Bush efforts to stop Gore's recount request.
