I only skimmed the opinions last night, started work at 7:30 this morning and won't get to study them until tonight, if ever -- I'm so tired of this all by now I may NEVER read them through.

I agree, though, Stevens really stepped in it. I think he's going to find himself more and more isolated on the court.

I'm glad the decision overturning the FSC was 7-2, even though the media keep talking about a 5-4 decision. Just shows either what they know or whose side they're on. Or both.

Latest I heard, Gore still isn't conceding, though he may have called his legal team off.

Does this suggest that he really will go after electors?

Wonder whether Clinton will free up the transition money now.
