Frank. Yes that's right. A big difference is it has nothing to do with government regulation. The cableco leases space on the teleco circuit-switch as economic/market decisions dictate. Strange bed fellows but IMHO, an excellent idea.

Let the market determine how valuable the incumbent telco CO equipment is worth. The government consistently fails to quantify it. The free market does a much better job. -MikeM(From Florida)
