You have responded to my post without answering the question I asked. I will ask again:

Do you think it is fair to have the democratic lawyers for the democratic candidate set the standards for counting votes?

I will answer your question.

"What do you think will hapen to them (ballots)?"

I don't know. I am sure some groups will count them. If they use a strict standard, GWB will still win. If any mark, anywhere near a candidate's box is counted, Gore might win, he might not. I will say that it ABSOLUTLEY, POSITIVELY does not matter. GWB won by the rules in place at the time of the election. People that want him to fail don't care about our country.
