Srexley, Sorry for not responding (I gotta get back to work here) But, I will answer your question this way:

To me it does not make a difference which partys lawyers set the standards. It's important to me that the will of the voters be paramount and at this time I don't know if there is a difference between will and intent.

I got burned here in California on a butterfly ballot one time. When I realized my mistake I asked for another ballot. The officials confiscated my ballot before I had the opportunity to tear it up. So, I imagine that many people have been 'manipulated' to vote incorrectly by the procedures. Once it happened to me I became very, very careful how I completed my ballots from then on. Personally, I think confusing the voter is a tool of the manipulator.

That is my position.
