Ratan lal, Simple. Use technology already avaiable. Touch screen with positve feedback will insure that one votes for the candidate one wants to. I think it is a good idea, but I can already see Jesse Jackson or Congressman Wexler saying their voters were disenfrachised because they are on the wrong side of digital divide. (Ignoring the fact that a lot of people receive training in using these types of devices in fast food franchises). Joe
