USA Video Interactive Asked to Participate on Second Panel at StreamingMediaWest Conference

San Jose, California, December 13, 2000 - USA Video Interactive (OTCBB: USVO; CDNX: US; www.usvo.com) has been asked to speak at a second panel being held today at the StreamingMediaWest Conference in San Jose, California. The panel, entitled "How will broadband change the traditional film industry?" focuses on the future of Internet films including marketing, distribution, revenue-generation and issues affecting the major movie studios and their willingness to participate in this new medium for film distribution.

Matthew Kinnaman, Vice President of Strategic Innovation for USA Video Interactive, who moderated the panel entitled, "Generating Revenue with B to B Media - How to Make a Profit with your Business Content," on the conference's opening day yesterday, will represent the company on today's panel. "Today's dramatic technological advances in streaming media are reshaping all media models," said Mr. Kinnaman.
