At least for Seminole County, the votes on the ballots were clear. For the "black" counties (whatever that means), the votes were unclear.

So the issue of equal protection is no longer the top issue, but rather clarity?

I'm sure that most of the 40,000 votes not counted by machines were quite clear. Using your new clarity standard, why were those voters denied equal protection?

The Republicans can't have it both ways, though it seems that they have succeeded in doing that for the short term.

BTW: How do you know that the Reps didn't double punch those ballots herself (Freudian slip, I'm sure)? It is an easy way to discredit votes, and apparently has happened in other close races in Florida in the past.
