Hi Tom - The Idiot Wave stopped declining? #$%&@#! Back to my ruminations. I'm almost out of money and want to add to Financials and Utilities as well. Of course, my buy signals exceed my funds. I do have a tidbit though. Morning Star has finally given UOPIX a rating. Five stars! Can't get any better than that. The company rating is also a five (best). They describe it as high risk and high return. I guess we know that though, don't we? There is a lot of data on the "Quick Take" report (no charge, you just have to register). Earlier, I tried to read this week's commentary on your web site but I got last week's instead. I'll try again later. Gotta go, it's time for my next anxiety attack... ka
