Regarding a buyout offer here... Anyone remember Shiva? Once a high flyer, traded over 90 I believe. Cratered to around 3. The buyout offer was 6 and accepted. Something similar to this is what I'm most afraid of. I'm long 2001 30's. Even an offer twice the current price would still land me squarely in the red. I've got my fingers crossed GX will not even consider offers until a few more quarters go buy, proving the earnings picture they've painted. Rx
