Keith, the royalty payments that are in dispute relate to S-DRAM and DDR. There are not arguments regarding R-Dram. If R-Dram becomes the new memory standard then their business model looks much healthier than it does right now. If R-Dram is phased out then you are correct, Rambus will depend on litigation to collect royalties. I think this is why Voltaire calls it the ultimate faith stock. You either believe in the future of R-Dram or you do not.
