Beginnning of a slowdown in semi capex or special situation? yahoo.cnet.com Anyone have numbers -- I don't think capex spending has been good for several years in the Semi area -- I know a few semi equips haven't fallen off the map, but on the whole -- surely it hasn't been growing much. Any one out there have stats for the semi equip biz overall?
