Do u really think Bush would be arranging air time tonight if he didn't already know exactly what he was going to say? And at the Texas legislature, no less? To be introduced by a Democrat? Do u think they'd be this giddy in Austin if they feared a Gore "reversal?" The call has already been made. Gore has conceded...in private. Will it make a difference to the market? Probably not right away. Art Cashen, however, disagrees. Regardless, we rally options Friday imo (unless CSCO and JDSU warn ;)).
