Campaign finance is a minor issue. Nobody cares and McCain will go away for a couple years until it's politically expedient for him to re-emerge with that mantra. Bush will win or lose on the big issues, how he deals with the recession and with national security problems caused by the Clinton/Gore administration's treason.
