I have been saying the whole market needs to base and QCOM should server as an example of what to look for when the market has finished basing. The FED has to ease to turn the world economy around, there is no reason not, too, I'm seeing old line companies laying off. I believe it will take 2 qr 5 months or so to sort it all out. So, we have to get through the next earning season. ORCL reports after the close, Thursday, that should be a indicator of how the market will treat stocks that have sold off so much.

I have minor investment in JDSU right now, I would add till the merger is done and wallstreet has a handle on what the company will look like afterwards.
