Again, people who don't follow explicit instructions have no right to expect that their ballot will be properly counted.

I have to objection to substituting this for the intent-of-the-voter standard for future elections. I know it's what the Reps want plus it has the advantages of ease of implementation and counting efficiency. Efficiency is a good thing. And surely it will pass muster with the Supreme Court. Of course, you guys have to promise not to whine when some absentee military ballots get kicked out along with all the Dem retards and feebs.
