undervote... no chad was punched out.

As for numbers, none of these can be truly confirmed. Many counties in Florida have to set their machines to stop at an undervote so it can be physically removed and placed in a separate box. The same goes for overvotes.

Many counties have yet to fully segregate these ballots.

And as always, since some of those chads eventually find themselves falling off due to excessive (mis)handling, an accurate count is impossible.

I've just heard the 150,000 overvotes being mentioned during the USSC oral arguments.
