Again, people who don't follow explicit instructions have no right to expect that their ballot will be properly counted

Perhaps you missed the fact that some of the hullabaloo we've been going over for the past five weeks in Florida was about the fact that the explicit instructions directly contradicted the design of the ballot in two different counties.

So even if the voter DID follow the explicit instructions, they produced overvotes. Now do you understand why your(AND Sandra Day O'Connor) simplistic utopian superior attitude doesn't connect with what actually ahppened on the ground?
