Hi TD, this line came across to MS Investor from Briefing.Com today: "Market Report -- In Play (AMCC, CSCO, PMCS) December 13, 2000 1:45:00 PM ET Applied Micro (AMCC) 70 1/16 +1 1/16: Hearing from trading floor sources that Robertson Stephens is making positive comments about AMCC: expecting an OC192 deal with Cisco (CSCO) to be announced soon, and says that the tech mantel is passing from PMC Sierra (PMCS) to AMCC. does that last line trouble you at all ? or are they just looking to pick up some PMCS shares, cheaper ?
