Is this true: Real freedom depends on welcoming reality, and only reality is free of pain, of loss, and only reality has safety, and thus reality is all we should seek.... Hmm. I don't think so. I think there may be multiple realities that congeal into the current state. Since I don't believe in one reality but many realities, then no "reality" is not all we should see because there is no ONE reality. I guess what I'd say is follow the reality that maximizes your joy and comfort in this life. What is the point of following a reality, like in the movie The Matrix, which is barren and ugly if it is qualitatively indistinguishable from the other 'reality'? Is there any intrinsic good in reality? I don't think so. Things are as good as you can make them so to that extent your reality is largely self-interpreted.
