Related to Brachytherapy.. saw on CNBC today, the CEO of Praecis Pharm. which is less than a year away from FDA approval of a new prostate cancer treatment. Apparently the drug brings down the level of testosterone, a good thing with prostate cancer. They did not mention brachytherapy, but perhaps this drug would be used in conjunction with (and hopefully not replace) bt... They also estimated the market size for these treatments at 2.5 bil.
