Has anybody heard of any major tech company having a buy back plan since we have drop below 3000? I have not except for CPQ? (I think).... This and a rate cut will be my sign that a bottom has been set. I know some of the companies are restricted because of m&a activity but I would like to see "them" put their money were their mouths are Whiteboy
