To all: Forgot when the annual meeting was. Any news on the vote for reducing the exercise price on management's incentive stock options?

I don't like the message that sends. Unless they are looking to sell shop right around all of those exercise prices??? I think most of the ISO's were in the range of $8 - exercisable immediately somewhere around $3 if they receive the required vote.
