Annual shareholder's meeting will be 27 June 97 at 10 a.m. at Country Stary Las Vegas.

Following items are on the agenda:

1. To authorize additional shares of common stock.
2. To authorize a reverse stock split of the outstanding common stock, if and when deemed advisable by the Board of Directors.

Although I hate an increase in shares, I don't see it possible for the company to continue to operate without a further increase in shares (so far, shares have been the primary source of financing). I do object to the number of shares the company wants to authorize (from 25M to 250M). What a leap.

Anyone have any thoughts?
