Hi freeus, As Dealie pointed out, I went back and checked on several more and EXTR, CIEN, JDSU, BRCM, and others all have a sh load of insider selling. One thing I think we can deduce from this is that any company who has had a significant run up and is sporting a shy high PE is going to have a lot of insider selling. I think any of us would sell under those circumstances. ADDENDUM: After typing the above I went back and checked SNDK with it's mammoth 16 PE and you guessed it, it had a sh load of sellers also. So I guess scratch that idea. Any thoughts out there on how to utilize this info better. Later, Joel
