Privateye, incorporated in Ontario on June 1, 1999, operates in two divisions, namely Canadiancities.ca and Inet Solutions. The Canadiancities.ca division provides online shopping, and e-commerce for retailers; company directories, listings, pages, links and advertising banners in local cities; as well as city maintenance for local surrounding towns. Inet Solutions provides web site design services; software and internet related programming; small business consulting, training and setup; and hosting and maintenance of domain names and clients. Privateye.com will upon completion of the transaction, constitute all of the operations of Jackal Energy Inc. A private financing conducted within Privateye will be used to expand business operations to other Canadian cities through extension of existing services or other acquisitions.
