Just stuff I have heard.... Makes sense to me. Jesse serves a very practical purpose for the democratic party and there isn't anyone who can do it as well. $3mill annually is the number mentioned as his stipend... Please consider that this is simply stuff I have heard, total rumor, absolutely unreliable. The Rainbow coalition has a great reputation here in DC as being a terribly slow/no payer of their bills. btwdik
