Zx, I do not remember the exact terms of Vince Foster's suicide note, but as I recall it he was very bitter about the atmosphere in Washington where destroying lives was "considered sport."
Now, it certainly was not the democrats that Mr. Foster felt was trying to destroy his life.
If you are trying to suggest that there was not a massive right wing effort to hinder and obstruct the Clinton presidency from the word go, we have little to talk about, because I know the truth.
Clinton was not granted four years to accomplish his goals, he was not granted two years, he was not granted one year, he was not granted one month. From the moment he took the oath of office the republican party did everything it could to obstruct him at every turn.
Every single person that Clinton tried to appoint to office was investigated thoroughly by the republicans, and if they found ANYTHING that could even be remotely considered unfavorable, they used it to attack the appointee.
Furthermore it cannot be denied that TO THIS DAY the republicans in Congress have purposefully drawn out all Clinton judicial nominations.
We all know the truth: The republicans did everything in their power to obstruct Clinton's presidency at every turn.
If you are unwilling to admit this truth, we probably don't have much to talk about.
In any event, Clinton is ancient history. It is Dubious George who we are interested in now. |
