I took the information from my transcription notes from the recent analyst conference. I may have misinterpreted / misheard / mis-somethingelse, of course... Looking at the SLIDES from said conference, the wording is as follows:

"0.13um Clawhammer less than 100 square mm!"

(with the exclamation mark and everything ;))
