All it means is that the Swiss operators placed a different value on the licenses than the British and German ones.

guess it depends on what "KNOW" means. 18 bucks in Switz, 500 bucks in Germ, you say they just placed a different value. thanks for stating the obvious, but some might want to leap off that lilypad and INFER that GERM bidders overpaid...reminds me of that line, who was it? "THIS IS ECONOMIC SUICIDE!"
