Why would you ask if it is Satan when Satan does not have the authority or the ability. Because I see a lot of stupid remarks made and wanted to be clear as to which "god" would send "his children" to hell. If the person was reffering to the God of the Bible, and you also agree to that, provide the verses that say the God of the Bible "sends his children to hell." I would like to see this.
