What is going on now is pure acquisition for a takeover attempt. I have heard that PacificCorp or most likely Western Resources is accumulating ALRM stock. If this is the case, I do not see ALRM reaching 18. The offer will be lower in the 15 range at most. This is the reason the stock has had some very high voume days and some erratic high/lows!
