Maybe Dealie can help>> Be careful in this regard as well...many times, companies in dire straights will buy back shares or their ceo will buy back shares in a publicity ploy to try and get others to buy. Folks will think The ceo must know something, thats why he is buying. For instance, take a look at cmgi....wetherall has been buying back his stock all year long.....meanwhile the stock is at like $10 if even. many times it is a good thing, but many times it is not. therefor, do more dd then just assuming good things are happening because the ceo or chief officers are buying.
