because I think we are in for more selling, and I believe it will take sometime to sort it all out, so bases will be needed, I will buy if they sell it down to the most recent lows or I will buy after I see stocks that have based and brake out. I see months for the bases to form, which I believe we have started. Sure you can make case for stocks still in a down trend and what we are seeing now are stocks that have hit the upper channel line, which they have but that's normal at the beginning of the base building period, the real tell is how they react going down, if they stop half way or so from the bottom to the most recent recovered levels, then the base are starting to be built and the length of the base building period could be shorter, if they sell them down the most recent lows and they don't go lower, the bases are being built, but the period will be longer before the brake out. So I will wait now. If the FED fails to go the neutral stance, I made the wrong bet and they the FED are mad men! It would be incredibly stupid for the FED not to at least go to neutral.
