MRCH...no kidding! +1/2 pre....company secured 150 million in financing in exchange for preferred stock. This is a global IT/website design and management company for many Fortune 500 companies and businesses. I personally know someone employed in lower management with MRCH and can tell you from conversations with him that the company is alive. Jane
