the dotcom bomb was in part caused by cheap and excessive stock options and a rush to collect before it was to late...

Certainly don't disagree with that... Look at what Jain did as a prime example of that as compared to Russell who received an up-front buyout from P. Allen of his stock in order to prevent those shares from hitting the public markets.

Now it is time for Jain to step up to the plate and put some of those gains at risk once again for the sake of INSP shareholders. That's what being in a leadership position is all about... Being a leader and taking risks.
