jnic is nearing the bottom of the downtrend, lower lows and lower highs does not look good short term, needs a naz recovery for a dcb, looks like it is going to take more time to me to recover, still trying to put in a bottom imo
(i said i wouldnt sell it in the 30's--but i didnt say anything about the 20's)
