Thanks for the post. I remember thinking how "smart" I was when I was 22 and fresh out of college. After 9 months into my professional career, I remember telling my father than I knew more than 99% of my peers, regardless of their age. He just got a little smile on his face. Today I'm 43 and have two kids under 5. I'm practicing my little smile when they tell me how much they know.
