Scared but Hopeful But I now hear that Jesse Jackson and even some republicans are saying that the poor precincts tend to get the cheaper machines. What is the truth here? It only makes sense that they would have the cheaper machines. They have less money in the tax coffers. This issue may go to the core of the demo-repub core. America is the land of opportunity where ANYONE can CHOOSE to be successful. Some must work harder then others. I like it that way as I believe it brings out the best in people. ht Mag
