He will ALWAYS be known as the man who STOPPED handcounts, and actually reversed hard fought states rights, 33 of which make handcounts perfectly routine and normal. Local and state control lost miles before he even entered office.

Mr. "5 to 4" has no hope of UNIFYING anything or anyone -- he'll be lucky if he can get the White House janitor a raise.
