Theoretically, you are eligible to vote only if you are a US citizen, and theoretically, you can only be naturalized US citizen if you speak English. Based on
this, theoretically, there should not be any non-English speaking voters.

I was naturalized in Miami, only last year. I can assure you that the requirements for citizenship in terms of language proficiency are rudamentary. But to be fair, you got me on this one. You did howevre choose to ignore the remainder of my post (impaired, old, etc..). Just as Bush chose to ignore the many votes that went uncounted. By the way, what did you think of GW's speech last night?
