A KEY TO WATCH: Will stocks with warnings see their shares continue to drop sharply? Or will the market start to treat them more kindly?

Remember when INTC shares failed to drop last week which triggered a rally (albeit illogical) in semi's?

This is definitely something to watch because if stocks or sectors seems to hold even after issuing warnings, it may signal a temporary bottom and a minor or more major rally in a stock or sector. It certainly would indicate a changing psyschology among investors.

I'm watching but so far still seeing fear and a willingness to sell quickly on the slightest disappointment. It's not safe to go intermediate long yet. Careful daytrading is still the only way to go, imo.
