The first inkling I had was when she picked me up in our Acura (10 years old). The kids were quiet in the back. I didn't understand why she was using the second car until my son perked up with "A truck hit mom!".
Of course, I could see that everyone was ok, but I still asked if anyone got hurt. Now the main issue is getting the asses at the trucking company to own up to their idiot driver's faults.

As for the options.....easy come, easy go. I don't like losing money, but I was pretty far ahead this year. Maybe I'll take the tax loss. It doesn't offset the overall loss, but it's something. I'm thinking of deferring it til next year, though, because they are Jan options, after all....and I'll have more money to get taxed on next year.
