Jerome, Florida's Sunshine Law refers to the process whereby meetings must be held in the open. As far as any possible recount, who will determine the standard? And who will conduct the massive counting of 180,000 over and undercounts? Ain't gonna happen. I hear all of this talk of ballots being counted under the Freedom of Information Act. The Secretary of State of MO(?) was on TV saying that ballots do not fall under this category. He said they will be destroyed in their boxes, as all ballots around the country are. FWIW, I thought Gore gave an excellent concession speech and must take my hat off to him. I honestly did not believe he had the graciousness to do that after months of being surrounded by the likes of W Daley and J Jackson. He indeed proved me wrong and rose to the occasion. Brian
