J.T. No reason on 13/28 MA and it probably doesn't make much of a difference. I got stopped out of everything this morning and I am not happy as I violated most of my rules by playing cute and buying last night. Earnings warning season hit again with JP Morgan and we never had a chance. I also violated the 13/28 rule on most of those stocks so I paid a stupid fee! If you adhere to the 13/28 MA crossover and tie in Stochastics ( I use 12,5 ), you will get some great buys and sells and you can place some reasonable stops not that far away. Just go back a couple of weeks and look at some that occurred. Now look at the sells that occurred in the past few days i.e. CIEN at 114, CFLO 74, NUAN 64. It takes discipline and an understanding of TA but it does work. Right now I am watching QCOM & MLNM for upside breakouts but cognizant that we still could fill those NAZ gaps. Bottom line; just stick to the rules:))) WHAT A COUNTRY!
