Fiber Man, beyond my theoretical, the only viable standard is the same standard which Florida has always used. Judge Lewis was overseeing that standard. Let the votes be counted in such a manner, as they would have been counted had not the controversy erupted from Katherine Harris's obviously pro-Bush decision to not accept the recounts, even though she was still accepting military absentee ballots. Or do you think the U.S. Supreme Court should change the rules post-election?
